Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At CouponRocks.in, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to offer high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Product arrived damaged or broken (e.g., cracked, fractured, missing parts)
- Product has manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching/seam coming apart, faulty switch or component, electrical defect)
- Product is not as per description and is materially defective (e.g., material is wrong, major discrepancy in specification rendering it unusable)
- Product arrived with wrong item / incorrect variant and the received item itself is defective or incorrect
- Product shows signs of transit damage or tampering which affect its usability
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
- The video must show the parcel from all sides before opening.
- The full unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Note:
- Our team verifies and approves the return request
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items like hair accessories, earrings, artificial jewellery, or crochet products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange only if:
- The product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
- The exchange request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and in original condition.
If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless delivered damaged or wrongly:
- Hair accessories
- Crochet hair accessories
- Earrings
- Artificial jewellery
- Clearance or sale items
5. How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

Please include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video + photos of the product
Requests without proper proof cannot be processed.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancelling Order Policy
CouponRocks allows canceling an order before dispatching products as per the following policy*
- In the event an order successfully placed and the customer wishes to cancel, a cancel request should be initiated by sending an email to support@couponrocks.in within time as per the following schedule-

Order canceling requests will be accepted only if the product has not been dispatched until receiving canceling email requests.
*The customer should use only support@couponrocks.in email id for communication-related to Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancelling orders. couponrocks will not be responsible for any loss due to coupon/gift voucher used in order, such amount will not be compensated in case of full refund made.
6. Important Notes
- Products returned without approval will not be accepted.
- Packages damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refund/exchange.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request based on our policy.
