CouponRocks.in is an online shopping/E-commerce platform to serve nationally within India. Currently, we are not delivering products outside India. We strive to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

What are the shipping/delivery cost?

• Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. 60 + GST on all orders below Rs. 499
• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on orders Rs. 499 and above

We aim to keep our shipping fees minimal while ensuring safe and timely delivery of your products.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?

When your order is despatched, you shall receive an email and SMS with the courier details. You may go to the links provided in the emails to track the courier status by entering your courier. Or, you may use the following links to track your shipment: Click for online tracking.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time across India is:

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, local courier operations, and unforeseen delays (weather, festivals, or logistic constraints).

If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode). At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc)?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you pay on the checkout page is including GST.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the customers as well as vendors/brands/manufacturers, etc.

Do you deliver outside India?

At present, we only deliver to cities and towns in India. You can place the order from anywhere in the world, with delivery address in India. However, you may contact us with your query and we will let you know if we can serve you.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

In case your order is not shipped within the above stipulated time, please contact at contact@couponrocks.in within 30 days of non-delivery and we shall be glad to assist you.

What if there is no one at home when the order arrives?

In such a case, the courier will leave a note requesting a call back at a given number, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery.

What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?
